Renishaw Hall Sparkling Seyval Blanc

Appearance – fine small bubbles and light mousse with a light straw hue

Aroma – hints of lemon zest, apple, elderflower and citrus fruits.

Taste – lemon pie, fresh apple, biscuit, custard cream, doughnut, cream, beautifully balanced.

Drinking well now and will improve for a further 10 years.

The English Wine Project based in Derbyshire, wins multiple awards every year, both internationally and nationally, including Decanter World Wine Awards.

The wines are produced by Derby-based Kieron Atkinson, using grapes grown at historic Renishaw Hall vineyard in north Derbyshire, once the most northerly vineyard in the world.

The vineyard at Renishaw Hall is located on the historic Renishaw Estate, on the edge of the small town of Eckington in north Derbyshire, very close to the borders of south Yorkshire and north Nottinghamshire. Renishaw Hall vineyard has produced grapes for well over 40 years, making it one of the longest established vineyards in the U.K. For many years the vineyard held the title of the ‘most northerly vineyard in the world’.
