Great for get-togethers, this shoulder of lamb is best cooked low and slow and is easy to cook, it will just fall apart giving you such a delicious flavour and texture.

Use your slow cooker or oven at a low temperature with fresh hardy herbs, garlic and good quality stock such as chicken or even wine, serve with celeriac mash and steamed greens, not forgetting the gravy from the cooked lamb. Add our mint and honey sauce too. Sublime.
