our ethical approach
The Peak District National Park is one of the most beautiful areas of the world, and we want to keep it that way.
We believe that we have a responsibility to help maintain and protect the landscape and support the producers who work here.
We also strongly believe in supporting people less fortunate, and in need. That's why, along with our producers, we are committed to cutting food waste by donating any excess or unsaleable produce to the High Peak Food Bank and other local projects.
We're aiming to be carbon neutral too! We're working hard to make sure that we offset our carbon footprint, to play our part in the preservation of our climate and planet.
We recycle. Our delivery boxes are made from recycled material and can be used several times. They are fully recyclable when they need to be replaced too. We will never use more packaging material than we need to.
Every single thing we sell has been created within the Peak District. There are so many highly skilled, passionate and dedicated producers here, and we're proud to offer their goods, and our services, to help widen their reach
As you've probably guessed by now, we love the Peak District! We want everyone who visits or lives here to love it as much as we do.
