Sophie and James Summerlin are a husband and wife team who hand make artisan cheeses from their farm. Cow Close Farm is set in an idyllic location beneath Stanage Edge in the Peak District village of Hathersage.
They have a passion for the cheese they make and the area they live in. Their remarkable skill in cheese production is truly evident when you bite into a Stanage Millstone cheese. It's a real favourite with our customers and we love it at home too.
